Oscar Grajales is a passionate mental health therapist with over five years of experience in both residential and outpatient settings. He earned his Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and is currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Oscar specializes in supporting individuals navigating addiction, trauma, and life transitions, with a particular focus on young adults. He is trained in EMDR (EMDR-T) and incorporates elements of Trauma Therapy and Narrative Therapy to foster healing and long-term transformation.
With a grounded, compassionate approach, Oscar believes that true growth begins by nurturing our roots—honoring where we’ve been while moving forward with purpose. He considers it a privilege to walk alongside his clients as they grow into their most authentic and empowered selves.
Oscar has a special interest in working with trauma, particularly with male clients, and incorporates inner child work to help clients reconnect with and heal parts of themselves that were left unseen or unmet.
